The elected Camano Country Club board members meet monthly to discuss ongoing CCC projects, updates and property owners needs.

PLEASE NOTE: No Board meetings in July & December.

The Covenant Committee members meet monthly to review and discuss Camano Country Club Property Owners needs.

PROPERTY OWNERS/BUILDERS:

IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO BUILD A HOME IN A CAMANO COUNTRY CLUB PARCEL, PLEASE SUBMIT AN INTENT TO BUILD APPLICATION WITH A SET OF PLANS TO THE COVENANTS COMMITEE FOR REVIEW & APPROVAL BEFORE START OF YOUR PROJECT.

Camano Country Club Corporate Property Dues & Fees

  • Camano Country Club 2026 Corporate Property Dues are $200 annually per property. Property dues are due by March 31st to avoid a $50 late fee. To pay by credit card, email us at camanocountryclub@frontier.com for a credit card payable invoice/link. (4% fee applies for credit card transactions)

  • Beach 1 & Beach 2 Cabana/picnic area reservations $25 use fee

  • Real Estate Transactions: $800 one time transfer fee collected at escrow.

Watercraft Registration Notice

Watercraft will not be allowed on beaches 1 or 2 during the month of February, 2026 to allow for inspection of bulkheads.

Please remove your watercraft no later than February 1 of a given year. Watercraft can be returned to the beaches on March 1st.

Any watercraft remaining on either beach on February 1st will be considered abandoned property, and moved away from the bulkheads, including watercraft that are locked to the bulkheads.

When watercraft is returned to the beach, anytime after March 1st, plus submit your annual registration to the Clubhouse, in person or scanned copy to camanocountryclub@frontier.com

Camano Country Club Property Owners are integral to the safety, beauty & function of the Camano Island Country Club Corporation & Clubhouse.

“Each principle owner of a parcel (lot) or parcels of real property within the “Premises” of the Camano Country Club platted editions and continuous areas as contained or delineated in the Island County recorded specific plats and instruments of record, including, but not limited to, current covenants (building and use restriction documentation) by virtue of such is a corporation member whether active or inactive”. (CCC Bylaws, 2010)

Corporate Budget is available upon request and is mailed annually to property owners.
